After the initial call you should have an idea of how we might be able to work together. This is immediately followed by scheduling a formal assessment. This is an opportunity for all concerned members to discuss their perspective on the current situation.
Assessment will cover the follow areas:
- Review a detailed history and discuss possible solutions
- Understand which intervention approach is best for your situation.
- Receive our recommendations on how to proceed.
- Learn the invitation process with all involved and agree on a plan.
- Discuss possible treatment options.
- Learn when and where the intervention will take place.
- Schedule the Family Intervention Workshop.
The Family Workshop - Our Family Workshop focuses on an invitational, motivational, non-confrontational, family focused intervention process.
To begin the family is carefully coached on how to inform and invite the addicted individual to attend the workshop.
We encourage all family members to attend and participate in understanding family problems associated with addiction and its effects on each member. More importantly, we provide an opportunity to identify solutions. Support and encouragement is critical to recovery from addiction.
